Freeman Health System is seeking a dedicated Switchboard Operator to join our patient access team in Springdale, AR. You will manage a multi-line switchboard, route calls to the appropriate departments, and support accurate scheduling for physician and clinical lines.

Responsibilities include handling emergency paging via paging, text, email, or overhead systems and ensuring timely communication with patients, guests, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years Telecom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-line switchboard and route callers to the appropriate department.
• Maintain Physician/Clinical/Non-Clinical call schedules and respond to Emergency lines via paging, texting, email or overhead paging system.
