Job summary

Freeman Health System in Springdale, Arkansas, is seeking a Telecom/ switchboard operator to manage a multi-line switchboard, route patients and visitors, and coordinate paging and emergency notifications.

What You'll Do

Responsible for operating a multi-line switchboard while routing and directing patients, guests and vendors to the appropriate place. Responsible for maintaining Physician/Clinical/Non-Clinical call schedules. Responsible for answering Emergency lines and notification of Emergency Response Teams via Paging, Texting, email and/or use of overhead paging system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years Telecom experience preferred
