Job summary

Freeman Health is seeking an experienced telecommunications operator to join our team in Missouri. You will operate a multi-line switchboard, route patients, guests, and vendors, and maintain accurate call schedules for physicians and clinical staff.

This role includes handling emergency lines and notifying Emergency Response Teams as needed. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of telecom experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years telecom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a multi-line switchboard and route patients, guests and vendors to appropriate locations.
• Maintain physician/clinical/non-clinical call schedules.
• Answer emergency lines and notify Emergency Response Teams via paging, texting, email or overhead paging system.
