Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee support services and coordinate frontline staff across departments. You will serve as a liaison between administration and unit teams to deliver high-quality service.

The role emphasizes standard setting, staffing plans, hiring and training, and collaboration with external service providers while maintaining strict client-focused operations in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience with high customer contact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to stay organized under changing/stressful conditions.
• Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership.
• Familiarity with contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee support services operations for the department.
• Harmonize tasks of frontline associates and liaise between administration and units.
• Establish standards and annual reviews for staff procedures.
• Plan staffing and schedules to ensure adequate service delivery.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff and conduct inspections.
• Provide ongoing staff education and training.
• Communicate with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinate external services (e.g., Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Waste, Recycling).
