Job summary

Crothall Healthcare seeks an Operations Manager to oversee the support services operational needs of the department. You will coordinate frontline associates and serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments, delivering high-quality service.

The role focuses on staff scheduling, training, standard development, and cross-department collaboration to maintain excellent service levels in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in support service related field with high customer/client contact.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
• Ability to maintain organization in a changing and stressful environment.
• Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Establishs and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in hiring, interviewing, and training of new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises all supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts inspections and makes recommendations to the facility.
• Performs monthly reporting of goals and plans.
• Coordinates outside services (pest control, window cleaning, medical and solid waste, document destruction, recycling).
• Provides staff education and continuous training and communicates with staff and admin.
