Our Healthcare Industry Group focuses on improving EBITDA, cash flow, and value across the investment lifecycle for health systems, providers, and related entities.

You will work with diverse client teams, applying rigorous analysis and actionable recommendations to drive measurable outcomes and growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in healthcare, consulting or related healthcare sectors.
• Degree in accounting/finance; professional certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry and financial concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to present to clients at all levels.
• Solid project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with performance improvement, M&A, and finance operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial and operational models to assess client performance and inform recommendations.
• Benchmarking and root cause analyses with data sampling to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Map processes and perform gap analyses while managing multiple client/internal projects.
• Conduct client interviews and observations to define current state and actionable items for improvement.
• Analyze and sample data for root cause analysis; prepare client-ready deliverables.
