Qualifications

Minimum three years in healthcare, consulting, or healthcare operations.
BA/BS or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or related healthcare fields such as MHA/ MPH.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to create pro forma analyses.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial and operational models to assess client performance and inform recommendations.
Benchmarking and root-cause analyses, including data sampling to identify performance gaps.
Map processes and perform gap analyses while managing client and internal projects.
