We seek experienced consultants to partner with healthcare executives, conducting analyses, developing recommendations, and driving value across engagements with rigorous data-driven insights and project

Qualifications

Three or more years of healthcare consulting or healthcare industry experience.
Bachelor or higher in Accounting/Finance or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry and financial statements.
Advanced Excel modelling and financial analysis skills (synergy analyses, pro forma, cash flows).
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present to multiple stakeholders.
Solid project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial and operational models to assess client performance.
Conduct benchmarking and root cause analyses to identify gaps and opportunities.
Map processes and perform gap analyses while managing client/internal projects.
Interview clients and observe to define current state and actionable items.
Analyze data for root-cause insights and KPIs; support report development.
Lead or support workstreams and coordinate inputs to drive completion.
