The Healthcare Industry Group drives transformational change, including interim management, cost optimization, and M&A services, serving health systems, academic centers, and related entities across the US.

As part of the Healthcare Services practice, you will build financial and operational models, perform benchmarking, and lead client engagements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare consulting or healthcare operations with a focus
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance, including reading financial statements
• Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to present to all levels of client personnel
• Advanced Excel modeling for synergies, pro forma analyses, and cash flows
• Experience interfacing with multiple stakeholders and managing workstreams
• Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial and operational models to assess client performance
• Benchmarking and root cause analyses, including data sampling for improvements
• Map processes and perform gap analyses while managing client and internal projects
• Conduct client interviews and observations to define current state and actionable items
• Analyze data for root cause analysis and prepare client-ready deliverables
• Assist with development of presentations, pitches and proposals
• Manage workstreams and coordinate inputs to drive completion
