The Director will lead end-to-end M&A assignments, guide interview activities, model data, and deliver insights for clients, while mentoring junior staff and managing project delivery, budgeting, and client

Qualifications

8+ years in healthcare consulting or healthcare operations.
Experience with M&A transactions.
Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.
Advanced Excel proficiency and financial modeling.
Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Lead clients and internal teams through the full M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, carve-outs and integration planning.
Develop hypotheses around value levers in transactions based on industry experience.
Conduct interviews with senior client and target stakeholders.
Rapidly analyze financial and operational data to identify value opportunities.
Support Day 1 planning, operating model definition and transaction execution.
Identify cost-reduction opportunities and redesign organizational structures.
