You will work with boards, PE firms and healthcare executives to deliver measurable value across the investment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel proficiency and financial modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement teams through M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, integration planning and execution.
• Develop hypotheses around value levers in transactions based on industry experience.
• Interview senior stakeholders and rapidly analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities.
• Support Day 1 planning, operating model definition and transaction execution.
• Communicate with clients and manage project teams and budgeting.
