Qualifications

• Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to define user journeys and business process needs within requirements to meet stakeholder needs.
• Experience with Agile delivery environments and coordinating with executives, Product Managers, and operations.
• Healthcare industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements and analysis to improve KPIs per business case.
• Build business cases for new initiatives (cost/benefit).
• Elicit, document, validate requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, flows, and rules with PMs, ops, tech, and vendors.
• Analyze current and future state processes to identify gaps and improve efficiency.
• Support intake, discovery, business case development, and prioritization with stakeholders.
• Partner with Agile teams to refine backlogs, plan readiness, track dependencies, ensure alignment.
• Prepare executive summaries, updates, traceability, and decision materials.
• Provide complex analytical support through data interpretation for cross-functional ops.
