Qualifications

• Ability to define user experiences, journeys, and processes to meet needs.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile delivery environments and cross-functional teams.
• Healthcare knowledge or exposure preferred
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and dashboards.
