Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Principal Data Analyst-Health to lead complex analyses of provider networks, performance metrics, and contracting impact. You will deliver actionable insights, build analytical models, and present findings to senior leaders.

In a hybrid environment with in-office work two days per week, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Los Angeles, mentor junior analysts, influence strategy, and drive data-driven decisions across health care programs.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree; Master's preferred.
• Requires 10 years of experience in Health Care (managed care, academic, or government payer).
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel with modeling and formulas.
• Experience with Microsoft Access, Tableau, and SAS preferred.
