Allina Health is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to provide staffing resources across departments and locations within the Medicine Specialties Administration. You will coordinate assignments to support patient care needs and provide scheduling support in line with staffing guidelines.

The role supports a large, multi-site workforce, forecasts daily staffing needs, and communicates changes through an electronic staffing system.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description.
• 2+ years of customer relations/services skills.
• Strong computer skills with experience in word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Staffing Support: Allocates and forecasts daily staffing needs and communicates changes.
• Department Support: Participates in staff huddles and helps orient new staff on scheduling functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
