Allina Health is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support hospital inventory operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and reliable supply for patient care. You’ll work within a mission-driven healthcare system, collaborating with clinical leaders to implement analytics and improve ordering efficiency.

The role involves daily inventory management, ERP reporting, and managing the automated ordering system, with opportunities to optimize processes and contribute to patient care quality.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years working with an ERP inventory management system such as Workday or Infor.
• 2 to 5 years of Supply Chain Management, clinical healthcare, or hospital operations experience.
• Microsoft Office competency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory management and maintain supply par cart locations.
• Pull and analyze ERP reports (Lawson/Infor, Workday, Peoplesoft).
• Coordinate analytics and demand planning to ensure timely supply.
• Manage automated inventory ordering system (Par Excellence) and issue resolution.
• Ensure contract compliance and collaborate with clinical leaders on strategy.
