Responsibilities

• Produces and maintains 4-week employee schedules as set by policy and guidelines.
• Approves and processes time off requests, shift exchanges, and holiday schedules.
• Monitors staffing levels and fills vacancies to meet patient care needs.
• Reviews staffing with Nursing leadership to ensure appropriate skill mix.
• Provides staffing reports and supports daily operations within policy.
• Offers prompt customer service to staff via multiple channels.
• Maintains timekeeping records and reconciliations in the scheduling system.
• Tracks attendance and staff data for related metrics.
• Drives process improvements using Lean methodologies.
