• Maintain nursing schedules, master schedules, and daily assignment sheets.
• Identify staffing needs and fill open shifts with nursing leadership.
• Communicate available shifts and schedule changes to staff.
• Keep OnShift updated and monitor staff pickups.
• Coordinate with HR and nursing leadership to schedule new hires.
• Track call-offs, attendance, and coverage needs.
• Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a friendly, professional way.
• Direct visitors to create a positive first impression of our facility.
• Support agency reduction through proactive scheduling and engagement.
