Job summary

WF TPS is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage staffing operations for our healthcare facility. You will schedule assignments, coordinate with staff and facility managers, and help ensure high-quality patient care.

You will monitor staff availability, call-offs, and overtime, participate in scheduling and timekeeping, and assist with onboarding and training. Strong organizational skills and flexibility are essential, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• CNA preferred

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate staffing assignments for our facility to ensure optimal coverage and patient care
• Develop and maintain relationships with staff, facility managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of any issues
• Monitor and coordinate staff availability, call-offs, and overtime to minimize disruptions and maintain high-quality care
• Participate in scheduling and time-keeping responsibilities to ensure accurate and timely management of staff hours
• Assist with onboarding and training new staff members to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles
• Maintain accurate records and reports of staffing activities, including staffing levels, call-offs, and overtime
