Job summary

Medicus Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Client Onboarding Manager to drive the launch of our project-based staffing services from concept to execution to post-launch. You will partner with internal teams and healthcare clients nationwide to deliver exceptional service and achieve project objectives.

This on-site role in Windham, New Hampshire requires strong project execution, critical thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders while navigating complex challenges and competing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of external client-facing experience with demonstrated success managing customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Experience leading projects and driving results through cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to influence and gain alignment across stakeholders while skillfully managing conflict, navigating complex conversations, and driving resolution.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships internally and externally.
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial primary point of contact to manage and oversee staffing projects from kickoff to launch.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, driving accountability, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of key milestones.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients by providing strategic guidance and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate challenging conversations with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage expectations, and maintain positive working relationships.
• Manage the tasks and implementation processes associated with project plans, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics to ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage critical deadlines to support successful project launches, including recruitment, credentialing, onboarding, and orientation milestones.
• Create and deliver client project materials, including implementation kick off decks, weekly status reports, operational handbooks, and quarterly business reviews (QBR).
• Communicate project progress, risks, milestones, and outcomes to clients, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Identify project risks, barriers, and challenges and develop effective solutions that support successful execution of the staffing project.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and incorporate lessons learned to improve future project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project best practices, success stories, and reference materials to support future implementations and business development efforts.
