Stealth HealthTech Startup is seeking a Client Onboarding Implementation Lead to guide our onboarding team and own onboarding for our most complex clients in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment. You will work closely with our CEO and leadership to define scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring a seamless client activation process.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Onboarding pod and manage the team
• Own onboarding for complex clients and set expectations
• Run kickoff calls and establish timelines with new clients
• Remove process bottlenecks to accelerate onboarding
• Develop onboarding playbooks to scale with growth
• Collaborate with CEO and leadership on cross-functional initiatives
• Mentor and develop onboarding teammates and leaders
