Job summary

Inmar Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Project Lead for healthcare solutions at our Winston-Salem, NC headquarters.

This full-time role guides customers from kickoff to launch, builds the project plan, coordinates configuration, data, access, and testing, and communicates risk and decisions. You will lead multi-team efforts, turn customer needs into launch-ready requirements, validate readiness through QA/UAT, and ensure smooth handoffs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–6 years in client-facing roles in healthcare, software, fintech, or related services.
• Experience supporting onboarding, implementations, integrations, or operational launches.
• Ability to lead workstreams across cross-functional teams; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects from kickoff through launch and handoff.
• Turn customer needs into launch-ready requirements and coordinate setup and integration needs.
• Validate readiness with QA/UAT, training, and launch-readiness reviews; assign owners for unresolved issues.
