You will lead account setup, product education, and system integration to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. You will collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to delivery, while delivering demonstrations and tailored training to customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding, sales support, or account management in medical supply/healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for new customers, including account setup, product education, and system integration.
• Serve as primary onboarding contact, providing guidance and support to new clients.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training tailored to customer needs.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve onboarding procedures.
