Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC is seeking an organized Staffing Coordinator to keep our Health Services team running smoothly. The role focuses on maintaining caregiver and medication technician schedules so residents receive consistent, quality care.

Schedule is Thursday through Monday with weekend on-call coverage. You will work closely with Health Services leadership to ensure appropriate staffing levels and support additional staffing activities as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare role such as Caregiver or Medication Technician.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, senior living, or long-term care.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm, prioritize, and adapt to staffing changes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, publish, and maintain caregiver and med tech schedules.
• Respond to callouts and coordinate shift coverage.
• Adjust schedules for PTO, absences, and other staffing changes.
• Monitor attendance, trades, overtime, and staffing needs.
• Communicate schedule changes and expectations with the team.
• Collaborate with Health Services leadership to maintain staffing levels.
• Participate in weekend on-call coverage.
• Coordinate new caregiver and med tech schedules, orientation, and training.
• Track required trainings and employee documentation.
• Support employee communication, engagement, and retention.
• Provide coverage when needed.
