The Springs Living, LLC is seeking an organized Staffing Coordinator to keep our Health Services team running smoothly. The role focuses on maintaining caregiver and medication technician schedules so residents receive consistent, quality care.

Schedule is Thursday through Monday with weekend on-call coverage. You will work closely with Health Services leadership to ensure appropriate staffing levels and support additional staffing activities as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare role such as Caregiver or Medication Technician.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, senior living, or long-term care.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm, prioritize, and adapt to staffing changes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The Springs at Grand Park | Full-Time | Thursday–Monday Schedule, weekend on-call

The Springs at Grand Park is seeking an organized, dependable Staffing Coordinator to help keep our Health Services team running smoothly. This position plays an important role in ensuring our Caregiver and Medication Technician shifts are covered so residents receive consistent, quality care. Schedule

Thursday through Monday. This position also participates in weekend on-call coverage and requires availability to respond to callouts and urgent staffing needs.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility will be maintaining the Caregiver and Medication Technician schedules and making sure shifts are covered.

• Create, publish, and maintain employee schedules.
• Respond to callouts and coordinate shift coverage, including contacting employees to fill open shifts.
• Adjust schedules for PTO, absences, and other staffing changes.
• Monitor attendance, shift trades, overtime, and staffing needs.
• Communicate schedule changes and expectations with team members.
• Work closely with Health Services leadership to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Participate in weekend on-call coverage and help resolve staffing needs as they arise.

You will also support other Health Services staffing activities, including:

• Coordinating new caregiver and med tech schedules, orientation, and required training.
• Tracking required training, certifications, and employee documentation.
• Supporting employee communication, engagement, and retention.
• Providing direct Caregiver or Medication Technician coverage when needed.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience as a Caregiver, Medication Technician, or in a similar healthcare role.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, senior living, or long-term care.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm, prioritize, and find solutions when staffing needs change unexpectedly.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and scheduling systems.
• Flexibility and availability to work Thursday through Monday and participate in weekend on-call coverage.

Preferred Experience

• Employee scheduling or workforce management.
• Recruiting, interviewing, or onboarding employees.
• Training or mentoring team members.
• Experience with healthcare scheduling or electronic record systems.
