Qualifications

• This position requires an associate degree or two years of staffing/customer service experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Determine staffing plans for patient care units for non-contract and union staff.
• Cover provider schedules, the sick call process, and same-day clinic schedules.
• Create reports and perform real-time data entry for leadership and staff.
• Communicate effectively with staff, charge RNs, ANS team, and leadership.
