The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience in long-term care, and familiarity with scheduling software such as OnShift.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Staffing experience and understanding of long term/hospital setting operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, report, and post schedules of hourly team members.
• Notify appropriate personnel of call-ins and assist with securing coverage.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and notify management of issues.
• Enter and maintain data relative to scheduling using company software.
• Obtain daily staffing requests and fill them efficiently.
• Track staffing across shifts and ensure coverage meets needs.
• Coordinate team members to meet organizational requirements.
• Monitor overtime and attendance of team members.
• Work with payroll to verify payroll accuracy.
• Process team members' vacation requests.
