Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage hourly team scheduling at our Bryson City, NC location. You will coordinate schedules, track attendance, and ensure coverage across shifts to meet facility needs.

Ideal candidates have a CNA certification, a high school diploma, and at least one year in long-term care, with strong data-entry and payroll coordination skills. This on-site role offers a dedicated team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
CNA certification is required.
One year of experience in long-term care preferred.
Staffing experience and understanding of long-term/hospital setting operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, report, and post schedules of hourly team members.
Notify appropriate personnel of call-ins and assist with securing coverage.
Maintain accurate attendance records and notify management of attendance-related issues.
Enter and maintain data relative to scheduling using company software programs/OnShift.
Obtain daily staffing requests and fill them efficiently.
Uphold an accurate system for tracking staffing across shifts.
Coordinate team members to meet the organization’s requirements.
Monitor overtime and attendance.
Work with payroll to verify payroll accuracy.
Process staff vacation requests.
