You will be responsible for completing daily, weekly, and monthly nurse schedules under the direction of the Director of Nursing, ensuring compliance with state mandates and Life Care standards. The role requires basic computer skills, understanding of nursing scheduling, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass Level 2 background screening through Florida Clearinghouse.
• Basic computer skills and ability to schedule staff per state mandates.

Responsibilities

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly nursing staff schedules.
• Ensure schedules comply with laws, regulations and facility budgets.
• Communicate schedules clearly to staff and maintain scheduling records.
• Assist in evacuation planning and safety procedures as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships with staff and vendors.
