Chautauqua Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Dunkirk, NY is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to coordinate nursing department schedules, maintain attendance records, and help ensure 24-hour staffing coverage to support resident care.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort with UKG and payroll-related data. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, and retirement options. Experience with labor agreements and communicating with nursing leadership is desirable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• CNA/LPN/RN license required.
• Experience with scheduling and staffing in a healthcare facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate, post, and manage nursing schedules to ensure 24-hour staffing coverage.
• Utilize staffing resources including overtime, pools, and agency personnel per requirements.
• Process schedule and time-off requests before finalizing schedules.
• Maintain master staffing schedule and daily records; monitor call-offs and attendance.
• Enter and maintain scheduling and payroll data in UKG and related systems.
