• Current Texas CNA license in good standing (or compact).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post daily and monthly staff schedules.
• Maintain staff listing with contact information.
• Coordinate and complete floor orientation for new hires.
• Ensure adequate staffing per resident needs and shift coverage.
• Collaborate with HR and DON on staff records and changes.
• Participate in on-call rotation and cover shifts as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Foster good rapport across departments.
