Skyline Nursing Center in Dallas, TX seeks a friendly Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Staffing Coordinator to develop and coordinate resident care staffing schedules in line with company guidelines. You will plan and assign nursing unit staffing to meet regulations and ensure quality care.

The role requires CNA licensure, at least one year of long-term care experience, and strong organizational skills with proficiency in MS Office. On-site position with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Currently licensed as a CNA in the state practiced.
• Minimum of one-year long term care experience required.
• Strong organization and time management ability with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel and Word applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all schedules for the nursing units and maintains four weeks of posted schedules.
• Oversees nursing department scheduling for vacations and holidays.
• Ensures accuracy of nursing payroll and timesheets.
• Maintains scheduling software and documentation for staff changes.
• Assist with scheduling of resident appointments and on-call coverage.
