Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation in Columbus, Indiana is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage the nursing staff schedules, replace call-ins, and coordinate days off under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Medical Aide or Certified Nurse Assistant with knowledge of staffing patterns, attendance tracking, and clear communication with the DON and Payroll to ensure accurate staffing and smooth daily operations for residents.

Qualifications

• Qualified Medical Aide or Certified Nurse Assistant in the state of Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain schedules and records for nursing department staff.
• Must be knowledgeable of staffing patterns and ensure staffing coverage is maintained.
• Replace staff call-ins and call-offs.
• Schedule requested days off, vacations, sick time, etc., under the direction and approval of Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate records of absenteeism, requests, schedules, etc. with DON and Payroll depart.
• Maintain communication with DON at all times about all areas.
• Nursing floor duties as allowed.
