Bestica, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Staffing Business Development Manager who will primarily work remotely. Hybrid preferred.

Job Description: Bestica Healthcare is seeking dynamic and driven Business Development Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in outside sales, particularly in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, expanding our client base, and fostering long-term relationships with healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare industry, focusing on travel nursing services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
  • Collaborate with operations partners to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Bestica Healthcare's services through compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Utilize professional networks, local and national associations, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends using web-based applications such as Salesforce.
  • Plan and execute cold calling initiatives, client meetings, and follow-up activities to drive sales growth.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory, including overnight travel as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment OR
  • Associate's degree with a minimum of five (5) years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment OR
  • High School diploma with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of sales excellence, including awards, top rankings, and consistent goal achievement.
  • Strong team orientation with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in web-based applications (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in consultative sales within a B2B service-based company.
