PeopleReady seeks a Business Development Manager for Strategic Accounts to drive new business in the construction industry. The role demands strong sales capabilities, deep industry knowledge, and substantial experience in account management. This position collaborates with leadership to develop successful strategies and implementation for new accounts while ensuring excellent service delivery.
Overview:
The Business Development Manager, Strategic Accounts role is a National Sales Position and responsible for prospecting, closing and implementing new business that meets PeopleReady Skilled Trades’ Strategic Accounts customer profile. Candidate must demonstrate a deep understanding of the Construction industry, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades. Candidates with existing relationships with large contractors, specifically MEP, are highly preferred.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and geographic location plus eligibility for incentive pay, subject to plan terms.
Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.

Physical and Work Requirements:
Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move 25 pounds. Remote/virtual work environment; work from home with travel to clients. This position requires travel up to 50%.
