We're seeking a full-time remote Pre-Sales (Business Development) Manager to support our growing foods business. Join our Pre-sales team as a strategic hunter focused on generating high-quality leads. Your role involves sourcing and qualifying top-tier leads from internal systems and external sources. Success is measured by lead quality and conversion potential, impacting our sales pipeline and growth.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive the lead to opportunity (LTO) pipeline with high-quality leads
- Identify, source, and qualify leads through internal tools and external prospecting, collaborating with marketing and business units
- Work closely with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment with target profiles
- Prioritize leads with high conversion potential to build a scalable opportunity pipeline
- Refine prospecting strategies to improve lead quality and funnel efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of lead activity and pipeline metrics in CRM
- Exceed lead generation and qualification goals to grow the sales funnel
- Act as the first contact with prospects, delivering compelling messages that reflect our value proposition and foster long-term relationships
- Aim to increase lead quality to achieve a conversion rate >50%
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in pre-sales or related roles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel 30-40%
