Job summary

Nirvana is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the Orion team in a hybrid setting with a US-based office. You’ll build pilots and automations using our APIs, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and translate pilot learnings into scalable product capabilities.

With 2–4 years of technical, customer-facing or analytical experience, you’ll tackle real problems, improve workflows, and help customers understand the value Nirvana delivers within healthcare insurance workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a technical, customer-facing, or analytical role.
• Experience building pilots and automations using APIs.
• Curiosity and ability to learn quickly, with guidance from seniors.

Responsibilities

• Build pilots and automations with Nirvana's APIs and scripts.
• Join sales conversations to understand customer workflows.
• Push product boundaries by testing new approaches to eligibility.
• Shape the roadmap with Product and Engineering.
• Demonstrate value and measure pilot impact for stakeholders.
• Document work and turn pilots into reusable solutions.
