Job summary

Nirvana Insurance is redefining commercial insurance by building an AI-native platform and scalable program development. We seek a seasoned professional to uncover opportunities, engage underwriting leaders, and launch new programs across lines of business.

You will leverage an established network and hands-on approach to drive relationships, secure capacity, and shape Nirvana's growth strategy with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in insurance with reinsurance or MGA program work.
• Established network across brokers, carriers and MGAs.
• Proven track record launching programs and building relationships.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and able to scale sourcing with AI.
• Strong communication with senior leaders and Nirvana stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Expand your network across reinsurance brokers, fronting carriers, MGAs and underwriting leaders.
• Source program opportunities through brokers, carriers, talent and events.
• Build and manage a continuous pipeline of opportunities from introduction to launch.
• Develop business cases and help secure capacity with reinsurers and carriers.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape portfolio strategy and multi-line growth.
