Qualifications

• Experience shipping products or services in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to uncover bottlenecks and accelerate adoption with customers.
• Strong curiosity and problem-solving in unclear situations.
• Comfort working with APIs, data, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Be embedded with new customers to learn workflows, uncover friction and build trust.
• Launch scrappy, high-impact solutions to prove Nirvana’s value in new markets.
• Lead early client adoption from onboarding to operations.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to influence the roadmap.
