Qualifications

• 4-7 years experience in Product Management or equivalent roles.
• Strong quantitative skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Credibility with technical partners in data science and engineering.
• Ability to drive cross-functional teams to ship features on tight timelines.
• Owner mentality with end-to-end accountability.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments preferred.
• Undergraduate technical degree; advanced degrees a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution: decide what to build and when.
• Talk to customers, brokers, and underwriters to gather needs and priorities.
• Set direction for Engineering, Data Science, Actuaries, and GTM to align data and pricing.
• Shape long-term vision starting with pricing and expanding the product suite.
