Job summary

SCP Health is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Solutions Designer to shape Salesforce-centered solutions across QGenda, Workday, and MuleSoft integrations. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Architecture to translate business needs into robust designs and artifacts.

In this role you will drive design governance, participate in backlog refinement, and support implementation from design through delivery while ensuring regulatory and security standards are met.

Qualifications

6-8 years in business analysis, solution design, or systems analysis.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations or enhancements.
Experience with integrated enterprise systems; QGenda, Workday, or similar is a strong plus.
Experience in Agile delivery teams.
Background in healthcare or another regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into Salesforce-centered solution concepts and designs.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical spikes with Engineering.
Ensure alignment with architecture standards and minimize cross-system risk.
Document data flows, mappings, and integration requirements.
Partner with security/compliance to meet control requirements, and support design governance.
