SCP Health seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst who can translate complex business needs into Salesforce-centered design across platform integrations (QGenda, Workday, MuleSoft). You will author stories, ensure architecture alignment, and guide cross-functional teams through design decisions.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in business analysis or solution design across multiple systems.
• Hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience with integrated enterprise systems (QGenda, Workday, or similar) is a strong plus.
• Experience in Agile delivery teams; healthcare/regulatory background preferred.

Responsabilités

• Turn business needs and requirements into solution concepts and functional designs centered on Salesforce, considering cross-system interactions.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical spikes from product epics with Engineering input.
• Recommend alternatives to reduce unnecessary customization, technical debt, or cross-system risk.
• Produce design artifacts including architecture and data flow diagrams and UI wireframes as needed.
• Query systems and validate data to confirm design intent and integration behavior.
• Lead root-cause analysis for design/integration issues and feed learnings back into designs.
• Prepare complete design submissions for Design Authority and ensure alignment with platform standards.
• Hand off designs to Senior Developers and stay engaged to verify build fidelity with the design.
• Stay current on Salesforce, QGenda, and Workday releases and explore opportunities to improve the platform through automation.
