Job summary

SCP Health is seeking a seasoned Design-focused Analyst to turn business needs into scalable Salesforce-centric solutions. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Security to ensure designs align with platform standards and across QGenda, Workday, and MuleSoft integrations.

Responsibilities include creating architecture artifacts, validating data flows, and supporting go-live with a strong emphasis on reducing cross-system risk and technical debt.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in business analysis or solution design across multiple systems.
• Hands-on Salesforce implementations or enhancements experience.
• Experience with integrated enterprise systems (QGenda, Workday) and cross-system design.
• Competency in querying data with SOQL/SQL.
• Proficiency with diagramming/design tools (Lucidchart, Visio).
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence; AI-assisted analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into solution concepts and functional designs for Salesforce-integrations.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical spikes in collaboration with Engineering.
• Align requirements with architecture standards and advise on trade-offs.
• Produce architecture/data-flow diagrams, wireframes, and design artifacts.
• Lead design governance through submission to Design Authority and EARB.
• Guide engineering on feasibility and build constraints; ensure design-to-build fidelity.
• Support backlog refinement and design-level test scenarios; manage dependencies and risks in design.
