Job summary
Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant-Infusion to drive discovery, design value-based solutions, and lead executive-level presentations with healthcare customers.
You will partner with Sales, Product Management, and Professional Services to translate workflows into differentiating capability, mentor peers, and influence product direction. This senior role demands deep domain knowledge and autonomous work in a fast-paced health tech environment.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of professional experience, including 6+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Healthcare Technology Consulting.
- Experience supporting complex, enterprise-level healthcare customers, preferably in hospital, pharmacy, supply chain, or clinical settings.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, systems, and regulatory considerations.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex discovery engagements with cross-functional customer stakeholders, including operational, technical, and executive leaders.
- Design and deliver compelling, value-led solution presentations and demonstrations that clearly articulate business outcomes, ROI, and differentiation.
- Own technical solution strategy for assigned opportunities, partnering with Sales to influence deal progression, qualification, and close.
