Cotiviti is seeking a Principal Sales Solutions Consultant to act as a strategic, client-facing healthcare technology advisor. You will drive revenue growth through consultative discovery, enterprise solution architecture, and value engineering.

Partner with Sales, Product, Technology, and Delivery teams to understand payer clients’ business strategies and translate insights into integrated Cotiviti solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in healthcare technology, solution consulting, pre-sales or equivalent.
• Experience with healthcare payer ecosystems and payer workflows.
• Ability to lead strategic discovery, current-state assessments, workshops, and architecture sessions.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling for business outcomes.
• Experience selling or supporting complex enterprise healthcare technology solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic discovery sessions with healthcare payer clients to understand priorities and outcomes.
• Develop end-to-end solution strategies connecting Cotiviti capabilities.
• Architect future-state environments across multiple capabilities.
• Create executive-level narratives articulating financial, operational, clinical, and strategic value.
• Lead or support proofs of concept, pilots, and architecture reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams during complex pursuits.
• Drive value engineering and client workshops to reduce sales-cycle friction.
