Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional working experience, including 6+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Healthcare Technology Consulting roles.
• Proven experience supporting complex, enterprise-level healthcare customers, preferably in hospital, pharmacy, supply chain, or clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex discovery engagements with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Design and deliver value-led solution presentations and demonstrations.
• Own technical solution strategy to influence deal progression and close.
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert for the portfolio.
• Advise on workflow alignment, scalability, integrations, and change management.
• Address advanced product, technical, and workflow questions.
• Turn customer feedback and market trends into recommendations for Product Management.
• Influence product roadmap by identifying recurring needs and gaps.
• Partner with Product teams to validate capabilities and use cases.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Success to define scope and objectives.
• Anticipate implementation risks to reduce post-sale friction.
• Support customers during evaluation and planning phases.
• Understand competitive landscape and regulations relevant to healthcare tech.
• Develop competitive positioning and win themes for Sales.
• Advise Sales leadership on complex deal strategy.
• Lead technical content for RFPs/RFIs and define scope and timelines.
• Support forecasting and pipeline through qualification and validation.
• Align strategy with pricing, packaging, and value messaging.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
• Create reusable assets like demos and playbooks.
• Contribute to training, collateral, and enablement initiatives.
• Refine pre-sales processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
