Job summary

Texas A&M University Health Science Center in Bryan invites applications for a Simulation Coordinator to manage day-to-day learning events at the Simulation & Immersive Learning Center. You will direct Simulated Participants and ensure high-fidelity, safe simulation experiences for clinical students.

The role requires an Associate degree with 1 year of related experience; CHSOS/CHSE certification within 3 years of hire. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 1 year of related experience in simulation, healthcare, event management or customer service.
• Ability to obtain CHSOS or CHSE within 3 years of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in health, project management, or communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute simulation events, including scheduling, room setup, and equipment preparation.
• Direct Simulated Participants during events, ensuring alignment with objectives and scenarios.
• Serve as the primary custodian for events, managing logistics from planning to debriefing.
• Support on-campus and TeleSim events, ensuring safety and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain training materials and event documentation.
