Job summary

Texas A&M University seeks a Simulation Coordinator to coordinate and facilitate day-to-day learning at the Simulation & Immersive Learning Center in Bryan, Texas. You will oversee Simulated Participants, prepare learning environments, and ensure smooth execution of simulation activities.

The role collaborates with program and technology staff to deliver high-quality healthcare simulations for clinical students and to support ongoing training initiatives in a dynamic academic setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 1 year of related experience in simulation, healthcare, event management or customer service.
• Ability to obtain CHSOS or CHSE within 3 years of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant experience in simulation or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and facilitate day-to-day learning and testing events.
• Direct Simulated Participants during events and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Maintain logistics from planning to debriefing with faculty and staff.
• Support on-campus and TeleSim events and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with coordinators on scheduling and training.
