Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum three years’ professional experience in healthcare education, higher education administration, or simulation-based education.
• Must obtain CHSOS certification within three years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Establish collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, students, administration, and partners.
• Lead planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of simulation-based learning.
• Develop and maintain standards for safe and efficient simulation labs.
• Provide training and ongoing support on simulation tech and scenarios.
• Coordinate competencies, practical exams, and experiential learning activities.
