Accendra Health seeks a Team Manager to supervise Shared Services teams supporting hundreds of local branch offices nationwide. You will coordinate patient orders, manage documentation, and ensure timely access to care through efficient processes.

You will coach staff, drive performance, and partner with field leadership to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues with clear communication and energy.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
• English language skills (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operational team(s) activity in Shared Services; teams support hundreds of local branch offices nationwide.
• Manage teams reviewing new patient orders and documentation to meet health insurance requirements.
• Provide accountability, coaching and staff development; lead cross-functional collaboration with field leadership.
